What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within X days of delivery and include a few photos of the item and the shipping box. No need to send anything back to Japan.
Will my order be delayed or checked by customs?
Sometimes international orders may take a little longer due to customs checks — this is completely normal. If you're ever concerned about your delivery, feel free to contact us and we'll happily look into it.
Can I send this as a gift?
