Shipping Methods & Destinations

We ship directly from Tokyo, Japan to ensure the quality and authenticity of our products.

  • Main Destination: Australia (Please contact us for shipping to other regions.)

  • Primary Carrier: EMS (Japan Post) or other international couriers.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 5business days.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Australia: Approximately 3 – 7 business days after shipment.

  • Others: Approximately 3 – 7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Fees

Shipping to Australia is charged at a flat rate of 20 AUD per order.

Free shipping is available for orders over 150 AUD (after discounts, if applicable).

  • Calculation: The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at the time of checkout.

  • Note: Shipping fees are subject to change without notice and may be affected by carrier rates, fuel surcharges, or customs-related factors.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes (such as GST), or other import charges levied by the destination country.

  • Customs Inspections: Please note that parcels may be opened for inspection by customs authorities, and we are not liable for any resulting delays or minor packaging wear.

Returns & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
