Delta Trading Japan Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the JAPAN HUB online store and provides products and services to customers worldwide (the "Services"). By accessing our website or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

Product Representation

However, because our products are made using natural ingredients and traditional or artisanal methods, variations in packaging, appearance, taste, aroma, color, or texture may occur. These variations are natural characteristics of such products and do not constitute defects or grounds for returns or refunds.
Allergen Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient and allergen information and determining, at their own discretion and responsibility, whether the products are suitable for their individual needs. Ingredient and allergen information is subject to change without notice. While strict quality control measures are in place, the possibility of unintended cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may be changed without prior notice due to seasonal availability, production conditions, or market factors. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is completed.
Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges
For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by authorities in your country of residence. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Fulfillment
Products are shipped directly from Japan to maintain quality and authenticity.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Transfer of Risk
Ownership and risk of loss generally pass to you when the products are handed over to the shipping carrier, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
4. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all food products are sold as final sale. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only considered in exceptional cases, such as when the product is defective, damaged during transit, or materially different from the product description, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available on our Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, photographs, videos, audio, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to JAPAN HUB and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. This choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.
For business customers, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan. For consumers, disputes may also be brought before the courts of your country of residence where required by applicable law.
8. Region-Specific Consumer Rights
For Residents of Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.

お客様は、原材料およびアレルゲン情報をご確認のうえ、ご自身の判断と責任において商品の適合性をご判断ください。
原材料やアレルゲン情報は予告なく変更される場合があります。
また、厳格な品質管理を行っておりますが、製造工程上、意図しない微量混入（コンタミネーション）の可能性を完全に排除することはできません。
価格について
価格はチェックアウト時に表示される通貨で表示されます。
価格は、季節要因、生産状況、市場環境等により予告なく変更される場合があります。
お客様に請求される金額は、ご注文完了時点で表示されている価格となります。
税金・関税・輸入手数料について
国際配送において発生する輸入関税、税金、通関手数料等は、お客様のご負担となります。
これらの費用は、商品価格および配送料には含まれておりません。
3. 配送およびお届けについて
発送について
商品の品質と真正性を維持するため、商品は日本から直接発送されます。
配送予定日数について
表示される配送日数はあくまで目安であり、保証されるものではありません。
配送業者、通関、天候、その他当社の合理的支配を超える事由による遅延について、当社は責任を負いません。
危険負担について
商品の所有権および紛失リスクは、原則として商品が配送業者へ引き渡された時点でお客様へ移転します。
ただし、お客様居住国の強行的な消費者保護法令が適用される場合はこの限りではありません。
4. 返品および返金
返品、返金、交換については、適用される消費者保護法および当社の「返品・返金ポリシー」に従います。
食品商品の性質上、衛生および安全上の理由から、すべての商品は原則として返品不可の最終販売となります。
ただし、商品に欠陥がある場合、配送中の破損、または商品説明と著しく異なる場合など、適用法令により求められる範囲においては、返品・返金・交換を検討いたします。
5. 知的財産権
本サービス上のすべてのコンテンツ（文章、画像、ロゴ、商品説明、写真、動画、音声、デザイン等）は、JAPAN HUBに帰属する、または適法にライセンスされたものであり、著作権法その他知的財産関連法令により保護されています。
お客様は、個人的かつ非商業的目的に限り本サービスを利用することができます。
当社の事前書面許可なく、コンテンツを複製、改変、配布、商業利用することを禁止します。
6. 責任の制限
適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、JAPAN HUBは、本サービスまたは本サービスを通じて購入された商品に関連して生じる間接損害、付随損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害について責任を負いません。
ただし、適用される消費者保護法令により制限または免除できない責任については、この限りではありません。
7. 準拠法および紛争解決
本規約は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。
ただし、この準拠法指定によって、お客様居住国の強行的消費者保護法上の権利が制限されるものではありません。
法人のお客様については、本規約に関連する紛争は東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
消費者のお客様については、適用法令に基づき、お客様居住国の裁判所へ提起できる場合があります。
8. 地域別消費者権利について
オーストラリア在住のお客様へ
当社商品には、オーストラリア消費者法（Australian Consumer Law）に基づく保証が適用されます。
重大な欠陥がある場合、お客様は交換または返金を受ける権利を有します。
また、合理的に予見可能な損失や損害に対する補償を請求できる場合があります。
さらに、商品が許容可能な品質を満たさない場合であっても、重大な欠陥に該当しない場合には、修理または交換を受ける権利があります。
本規約は、Competition and Consumer Act 2010（Cth）その他適用法令に基づく消費者の権利・保証・救済を排除、制限、変更するものではありません。

当社は、運営方針、法令、事業上の必要性に応じて、本規約を随時更新する場合があります。
更新後の規約は、本ページ上に最新更新日とともに掲載されます。
変更後も本サービスを継続して利用した場合、お客様は更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
